Overview: Assistant Commissioner Mark Pedersen from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection has been invited to provide an update on SRRA 2.0 regulations and the LSRP program.

Archer Public Affairs, Senior Director, Richard Mroz will present an analysis of the BPU response to the FERC order on the capacity market.

Jim Spano, of Spano Partners Holdings, LLC, will provide an update of the BPU changes to the solar market.
